This is similar to the default information after the 2100 has been setup, and is accessed by http://192.168.1.1, or http://voyager.home |

Pressing the Advanced option from picture [1] gets you to this screen, and enables access to the setup for Wireless or general access.
The Quick Setup is the information needed when giving settings to connect to BTYahoo! Broadband or BT Broadband which I'll use as examples. |
| [3] |
|
To access various areas of the setup, you will need to enter a username/password. By default these are admin/admin, but can be changed via another option |

Setup for BTYahoo! Broadband or BT Broadband. These screens show the necessary details that should be entered or left as shown if the information
is already as shown on screen.
Just press "Next" if the details are already correct. |

In the ppp User Name: box, you need to enter the details for your broadband connection.
For BTYahoo! Broadband, depending on your existing connection details, it can usually be any of the following. If one option doesn't work try another :- 1. anything@hgx.btinternet.com or 2. anything@btbroadband.com or 3. anything@btinternet.com where anything is actually anything you like, and for [1.] - the hgx is the information you should already have for your existing connection, for example hg2. It can actually be the character x, or can now be any number. For BT Broadband, it should be :- anything@btbroadband.com The ppp Password: in either case can be anything - it is not actually used. Note: BTYahoo! Broadband and BT Broadband are the same animal now |

The information in this screen can be left as default if you wish - but this is how I have mine setup.
The MTU setting, if changed, can actually speed the connection up slightly - but should not be changed without some form of understanding, for example http://www.pengbo.co.uk/ppages/tweaks.shtml The DHCP server Start IP: is the IP address that any connected PCs will be given starting at this number. So if more than one are connected via ethernet or wireless, then the next number in the sequence is used. |

Wireless configuration, by pressing the Wireless option in the Advanced section. It's possibly best to set it to hide the network.
By default, it is given a network name of BTVOYAGER - but you can choose one of your own, and is recommended. Make it something hard to guess - but doesn't need to be overly complicated. The press the Apply button |

|
It is optional - but certainly worth giving it at least a simple form of encryption. You have a choice, but I have chosen as the settings shown. In Key1:, there are 10 Hex characters.
Note that the settings in screens [10] and [11] will be used when, for example, a laptop is used to connect wirelessly to your network - and hence the network name and key are used here. If you have no need for a Wireless network - disable it to prevent possible access from unknown sources. |
