These plans were lodged with Babergh District Council, and anounced by the Ipswich
& Norwich Co-operative Society on 12th January 1999. At the District Council
Planning Committee meeting in April a decision was deferred.
The design is by the
Wincer Kievenaar Partnership of Market Place, Hadleigh.
