TROOP NIGHT

The Troop meets almost every Friday evening at our Headquarters in Berengrave Lane Rainham, KENT from 19:45 Hrs to 21:45 Hrs and is open to all boys aged 10½ to 15½ years.

ACTIVITIES

Here is a list of some the activities that we try to do during the year. This list is just a sample as it constantly changes depending on the wishes of the boys and the planning of the Patrol Leaders Council.

UNIFORM

The Scout Association is a uniformed organisation, therefore you will need to have a uniform to join the Scouts. You may find that you already have one or two of the required items that you wear to school.

The uniform list is as follows:

The troop leaders will be able to advise you on where to purchase your Scout uniform, which should be done before you complete the Scout Membership badge.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Like most other Clubs, the Scout troop has a weekly subscription which is normally paid after about four or five weeks from when you first come along to a troop meeting. This gives you time to see if you like the Scouts and want to join.

Current fees will be notified to you in advance, issued in a copy of the Troop Introductory Booklet.
