Shot Blasting and Descaling
Blast cleaning of vessels and tube plates.
Chemical Cleaning and Pressure Jetting
Prior to eddy current testing, tube bores must be as clean as possible to obtain accurate readings.
Pipework Insulation and Trace Heating
Re-lagging of pipework plus trace heating of vessels and pipework as required.
 
Plate Heat Exchangers

We are pleased to offer a complete service for the refurbishment of plate heat exchangers.  This encompasses dismantling, chemical cleaning, crack detection and a visual examination of the plates, re-gasketing, re-assembly and pressure testing, together with the provision of replacement plates as necessary.

Rubber Bungs:  We hold a stock of approx 1,000 of each size of tapered rubber bungs to suit 3/8", 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" OD tube, for pressure testing purposes by us or yourselves.  These are available for immediate despatch for next day delivery.

Brass Tube Rings:  We hold a stock of approx 200 of each size of tapered brass plugs to suit 3/8", 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" OD tube.  These are available for immediate despatch for next day delivery.
