There is another view of Frog's Hall, and another of Granny Durrant who used to live there.

Here is a little bit more history about Frog's Hall:

Philip Shimmon's grandmother Eveline Whyard lived down at Frogs Hall for a while with her two sons & daughter Gladys, (Philip's mother). Eveline was a widow; she was married to William Whyard who was game keeper to the 6th Baron of Rendlesham from 1889 to 1920. He then took a position as game keeper at Manor Hall farm at Hollesley working for Mr Berness. The entrance to the farm used to be through the Eagle Gates. William Whyard died on 8th october 1922 aged 52 and Philip's grandmother then moved to Frogs Hall.

Eveline Whyard figures in a group photo.

Many thanks to Philip Shimmon who is now in Michigan USA.
