2.30 p.m. Opening address by A. W. Peterson, Esq., C.B., M.V.O.
3.15 p.m. Gym Display on St. George's playing field.
3.45 p.m. Life Saving Display in the Swimming Bath.
4.15 p.m. Gym Display on St. George's playing field.
4.45 pm. Life Saving Display in the Swimming Bath.
5.45 p.m.-6.00 p.m. Cadet Band on St. George's playing held.
Visitors ate invited to see the following normal work, and displays throughout the afternoon -
Camping Display - St. George's playing field.
Canoe Display - St. George's playing field.
Main Kitchen
Houses (Boys' living accommodation)
St. John's St. Patrick's
St. George's St. David's
St. Michael's St. Andrew's
Please note that the Houses will not be open after 5.00 p.m.
Hospital - in the Main Building.
Chapel - in the Main Building.
Education - in the Main Building.
Display of Craft Work and Exercise Books.
Administration Offices
- Main Building.
Display of work undertaken in the offices.
Gardens - Crop grading and produce display in the Packing Shed.
Field work - Greenhouses.
Farm - Dairy Herd and Milking at the Dairy.
Suffolk Punch Horses at Stud Farm.
Sheep, and Hurdle making.
Pigs at Boyton Road.
Willow Beds at Cart Marsh.
Field work including ploughing, potatoes, and sugar beet lifting
Young Farmers Club - at Hollesley Corner.
Works - Workshop Building, and Welding on the Workshop site.
Vocational Training
Workshops - Blacksmith, Painting & Decorating, Carpentry, Shoemaking,
Bricklaying, and Agricultural Mechanics on the Workshop site.
Tea is available in the marquee on St. George's playing field from 3.30-5.30 p.m.
Transport will run at 10 minute intervals from the Main Building to
(1) The Dairy and St. Andrew's House.
(2) The Stud Farm and St. David's House.
