Ku's Status

Ku lives at Nagoya Port Aquarium with 5 Bottlenose Dolphins. She is Nagoya's only Orca. She will soon start to perform in shows.

Ku's History

Ku was part of 5 other orcas captured at the same time, called the Taiji Five. She was sent to the Taiji Whaling Museum where she met Nami. Nami and Ku had agression problems and they then had to be seperated. When she was at Taiji Whaling Museum her health dropped and she had to have tumors removed. But luckyily her health then rose and she began to eat properly. When Ku was moved to the left side of Taiji's sea pen she was then used to be fed and touched by park tourists.
