Kyuquot's Status

Kyuquot gets along very well with Kayla and Unna, but not Keto. If Keto gets close to Kayla, Ky would chase him away. Kyuquot performs regularly into shows and does waterworks with his trainers.

Kyuquot's History

Kyuquot is Tilikum's first calf. Kyuquot was born in a park called Sea land Pacific, where he lived with Nootka (4)* and his mother, Haida (2)*. When Sea land closed Haida* and Kyuquot where sent to SeaWorld San Antonio. They joined Kalina and Kotar, and Keet who was born not long after their arrival. In 1999 2 other orcas, Winnie* and Kayla, joined Kyuquot and Haida* (the only orcas living at SWT, at the time). In 2001 Keto joined the gang, but sadly, later that year, Kyuquot's mother died. For a while Kyuquot wouldn't perform in shows, due to his depression. Winnie acted as Ky's surrogate mother and when she died he refused to perform again.
