SeaWorld Orlando was the 3rd SeaWorld Park to be built. It got it's first orcas in 1977.  It has held over 25 orcas ( including  Kona 2*, Sandy*, Kanuck 2*, Kahana*, Ramu*, Katina, Kasatka, Kalina, Kanduke*, Gudrun*, Kotar*, Taima, Katerina*, Winnie*, Kenau*, Tillikum, Nootka 4*, Taku, Nyar*, Keto, Unna, Sumar, Tuar, Tekoa and Ikaika). Right now SeaWorld Orlando holds Katina, Kalina, Taima, Taku, Tuar, Tekoa, Ikaika and Tillikum, who is SeaWorld's breeding male, and he has fathered the most calves of all captive orcas.

Tank Sizes:

Show Pool: 36 feet deep, 190 feet long and 90 feet wide

2 pools behind the Show Pool: 70 feet in length and width (each)

The Pool for Shading: 100 feet in length

Medical Pool: 20 feet

Shamu Close Up and Dine with Shamu: 36 feet deep, 220 feet long and 70 feet wide
