Winnie was caught on 12th October 1977. Winnie only spent 3 years at Texas. She died 11th April 2002. Kotar, caught on 26th October 1978, spent 16 years and 6 months in captivity. Kahana, caught along with Kotar, died on 14th May 1991. Haida, caught with Nootka 4, died 1st August 2001. Samoa, originally from Brazil, died at Texas on 14th March 1992. Katerina, daughter of Katina, died on 5th May 1999. Kahana had a misscariage and Haida had a female that lived no longer than 38 days.
