psychotherapy

The psychotherapy I offer is about helping you to live to your full potential.

My aim is to help you unravel your energy, excitement and love for life.

We usually enter psychotherapy because we are suffering in some way or because we feel there is more to life than we are currently experiencing. My job is to help you unfold into a deeper, richer and more fulfillling life.

constellations

Unlike most forms of therapy that focus on the individual, constellation work offers unique insights into the ties that bind us to others.

With its roots in Bert Hellinger’s Orders of Love work, this approach to healing promotes constructive action and frees us - and those we love - from suffering.

By understanding what love requires of us, how it governs our relationships, by focusing on what makes us strong rather than weak and by emphasizing the need for compassion and action, constellation work offers people a larger frame of reference that can open the way to life-enhancing resolutions
