By any stretch of the imagination this was one hell of a fantastic gig!

This Northamptonshire based threesome tore through a blistering set of Rock Classics from the likes of Motorhead, Motley Crue, Whitesnake and Thin Lizzy to name but a few and delivered them with the raw power, energy and gusto of a force 5 tornado setting The Red Lion on fire this particular evening.

From lift-off this was a quality band delivering a quality sound with passion by the bucketful that dripped off them like the perspiration from their brows! Equally they were as tight as a fat man in a wet suit!

To say I was dumbstruck is an understatement! This band blew me away in a rock frenzy of pure musical delight which assaulted the senses both visually and audibly alike and pierced the rock firmament of my brain like a cruise missile through butter!

Musically this band had it all!

Playing at times; what I felt, were covers of songs that were performed better than the real thing! Check out their version of “Still of the Night” or “Home Sweet Home” to name but two examples.

On Lead / Rhythm Guitar and Lead Vocals was Andy Green who played his axe like a master craftsman who we were not worthy to behold. Add to this an amazing vocal range and voice which perfectly complimented the tracks they played and what you have is a performer of very rare pedigree indeed.

On Bass was Andy Pacey delivering an outstanding performance with both measured and precise string work as well as a couple of brill vocal outings.

Finally bringing up the rear was Gary Sassano on drums giving us a blistering set of beats which would numb any brain into complete and utter submission.

Put it all together and what you have is one outstanding band!

I have not a single fault or criticism to make. The sound generated was amazing and for such a small venue you could be forgiven for thinking you were in a mega stadium instead.

Having seen loads of different bands and performances over the last year, this band for me was one of the very best if not the very best performance of the last 12 months.

I would honestly have paid good money to see this band and would encourage all rock fans to check them out very soon at a gig near you. Better still, don’t wait! Go get in your car, board a train or a plane and travel to see this band – by god it’s worth it!!!!

It really don’t get better than this.

This is what Rock music is all about!

PS: Unbelievably the band don’t have a web site I can link to, so if you want to find out where they are playing next (and you should!) please contact them for a gig list by calling (01933) 461216 or (01933) 622047
