This charming property is ideal for 2/6 persons seeking a holiday in relaxing and picturesque surroundings. The accommodation provides you with modern and comfortable facilities, whilst giving you the chance to sit by the river or to visit the many chateaux and other famous places in the area.
The decor and furnishing are of a high standard. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. There is a modern shower room with WC and the property has the benefit of central heating.
And for the nights in or the odd rainy day, guests will have the use of a DVD player.

Stairs lead to the second floor landing where there are two very nice double bedrooms, each with picturesque views. Twin beds can be found in the mezzanine bedroom which is the perfect room for the children. A cot is available if required.

Doors lead to a private garden and terrace where you will find table, chairs and barbecue equipment. The perfect place to sit and take in the views over the River Vienne, whilst perhaps enjoying a glass or two of the owners' excellent Chinon red wine.
Covered parking is available at the property and is safe and secure.
