The Area

La Chemoliere is a beautiful holiday farm cottage, set in 25 acres of its own land of fields and pastures. Surrounded by hedges and woodland it is away from it all, providing extremely peaceful and tranquil accommodation.
Situated just 1km from the country village of Clere du Bois, which in turn is 20 minutes drive from the medieval market town of Loches.

The property has been tastefully restored, whilst retaining many of the original features, such as exposed beams, stone walls and a large stone fireplace. It is professionally maintained and is an ideal base for a family or a group of adults to explore the many historical and cultural delights of this lovely region of France
 

Or for those who prefer a completely relaxing holiday there are various patio areas providing shade or sun or plenty of open land to enjoy a casual walk.
The many lawned areas provide an opportunity to participate in the games that are available and if after a long day exploring or relaxing, there is a family style plunge pool to cool off before settling down on the patio with a glass or two of the local wine.
