Chez Brard is a 2 storey, 3 bedroom house with living room, dining room,
kitchen, shower room, one bedroom and 2 WCs on the ground floor and with 2
bedrooms on the first floor. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker,
micro-wave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The property has a
TV and electric heating for the colder nights and guests can use the private
garden with table and chairs to relax after a day's touring the sights of the
region.
Parking is safe and secure at the property and guests have the use of 2 garages.
Various games can be found in the garden including a boules pitch.
The house is in the Charente region, the second sunniest region of
France, which makes it the ideal place for a holiday at any time of the year.
Famous for the production of Cognac, you can follow the Route des Vignobles and
visit some of the local producers or perhaps tour one of the larger houses at
Jarnac or Cognac.
Situated only 20kms from Jonzac, which is a beautiful market town, famous
for its aquatic centre and tropical island paradise known as Les Antilles of Jonzac. With a sloping beach and gentle waves, there is also an active play
area. An outdoor activity centre with pool and sport facilities is located in
the town.
