| The ground floor of the property comprises a large fully equipped kitchen/dining room with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There is a separate comfortable living room with TV, and on this floor you will also find a shower room and a WC. | |||||

| Up the stairs and you come to two delightful bedrooms, each with a double bed - the main bedroom in fact has a very tasteful four poster bed. The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with WC. Both bedrooms have extra beds to accommodate additional persons. | |||||

The property has the benefit of central heating and is therefore available
for letting all year round. Parking is safe and secure at Chez Gaston The house has a "no smoking" policy. |
