L'Annexe, with river views, is situated in the main building and is totally self contained with independent entry. A large room with en suite facilities, this comfortable studio is ideal for 2/3 adults (not suitable for young children) looking for a base to explore the cultural and historical delights of the Loire Valley. Or it can be let together with a cottage, to perhaps accommodate the grandparents or the in-laws. The sleeping area is now fitted with a new double bed and a single bed. There is a sitting area and kitchen/breakfast section, fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave and toaster. There is a TV/DVD available for use on the quiet nights in. And you will be welcome to use the central laundry free of charge at any time. Outside, there is a small river terrace, with table and chairs, where you can sit and take in the breathtaking views of the River Vienne, whilst having a glass or two of the red wine from the vineyard next door.
