Le Pottreau is a charming one bedroom cottage set in the grounds of the owners property, situated in the small village of Panzoult, with shops and a cafe/bar and
only a few kilometres from the medieval town of Chinon. The cottage
will sleep up to three people and a baby, but there is the added benefit of
a twin bedded annexe just a few yards away, making it possible for a family
or group of up to six persons being accommodated. The cottage also has a
double sofa bed, so at a pinch a further two persons could be catered for.
The large shady garden is equipped with garden furniture, BBQ equipment and
an assortment of games. The ideal place to sit and relax with a glass of the
local wine after a day touring the historic and cultural delights of this
lovely region of France.
Or if you prefer, you can spend the day relaxing on a sun lounger by the solar powered heated pool, still with a glass or two of the local wine. The pool has recently been covered, making it safe and secure and usable at all times. Guests are welcome to use the pool between 9.30am and 7.00pm, so if you do pass the day exploring the region, there would be time on your return for a quick dip before dinner.
Le Pottreau is the perfect place to enjoy a holiday where you can either spend your time seeing the sights or just pass the time recharging the batteries.
