The Area

The house and the annexe are tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished.

The ground floor of the cottage comprises a large living/dining room with TV and a fully equipped kitchen area, including oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and a washing machine. On this floor you will also find a shower room with WC and bidet.

Stairs lead to the first floor where there is a large double bedroom, which also has a single bed and a cot. This room benefits from an air conditioning unit for the very hot weather.

Just a few yards away, there is a delightful ground floor annexe. This room is twin bedded with en suite shower room/WC. The perfect place for two members of your party to enjoy some privacy. The room is also equipped with tea/coffee making facilities and a TV.

Access to the property is by electronic gates and you will be provided with a remote control mechanism to obtain subsequent entry. A small refundable deposit of 40 euros will be required to secure this item.

Parking is safe and secure at the property.

This is a lovely unique type of property, where guests will find everything they need for a comfortable holiday.
