- Successfully managing lump sum turnkey engineering contracts, ranging in value up to £12M, to a variety of Quality Assurance standards.
- Assessment, selection and management of subcontractors, suppliers and consultants and negotiating contract terms, conditions and variations.
- Recruiting, managing and developing staff.
- Claims resolution, including case management of a complex £3.5M litigation. process.
