Approx. 7 x 8 ins again on the artist's favourite cream woven thin card this is undated. However it obliviously dates from the early years of World War II and shows an upper-class mother trying to keep abreast of government guidelines concerning utility "everything". She of course does not realise what the government directive actually means.
