Just 16 feet maximum in length! Ideal for /P or limited space gardens, and brilliant for balconies. It will not replace a full size dipole or a beam antenna, but it does work very well.
Heavy duty IP66 rated centre unit with
stainless steel clamps for 1 1/4" pole mounting, fully epoxy potted and totally
waterproof with silver plated PTFE SO239 connector and strain relief. Two 42 inch fibre glass
stems, 8 matched coils (20/40/80/160 Mtrs) 2 stainless steel resonators, and 6
stainless steel adjusting whips. Supplied in a protective tube for storage.
Covers 160/80/40/20/10 as standard, other coils available. Stems are double heat-shrinked in
black.

G Whip Piccolo Mobile Antenna (Commercial):
A custom made design for commercial & professional users who expect MIL810F rugged quality. The antenna is operated as a base loaded unit and can be used from 3MHz to 20MHz continuously. Coarse adjustment is made via the 15 taps and the fine tuning is via the top whip element. VSWR is under 2/1 throughout the range. Currently undergoing testing on MIL vehicle. Supplied with very heavy duty base, large braid earthing strap, ball mount & spring plus antenna and whips, it is also supplied with a VSWR meter for adjustment. Construction is stainless steel base 3/8 UNF fitting and 28 mm in diameter, total height approx 2 mtrs. Stainless steel upper elements. Silicon cable assembly for adjustments between taps. Full documented graphical chart showing tap point and whip length for required frequency. Available late 2009 Circa £500.00.

Below: The biggest and strongest base known to mankind. Made by Hi-Gain USA this base has 12 mm thick reinforced 3 hole mounting plate 100 mm diameter, a massive 4", rubber gasket and underside zinc plated steel plate with stainless steel fixing screws, adjustable swivel angle, chrome plated and standard 3/8" UNF thread top and bottom. Top quality commercial mount now un-obtainable due to production costs. Model HG1 Price £75.00 UK post £8.00 (Limited stocks) Note: This unit will not fit the tow eye unit as the diameter is too large. The "Brasso" tin is for size comparison. The spring can be removed and fitted above the G Whip base stem, but if you are going to do this then please advise as the thread couplers will have to be changed.
Below: Just arrived, Mil very heavy duty spring base, this unit is even stronger than the last Mil unit we had, the spring measures 5" tall and weighs a kilo, the ball is adjustable and the spring can be removed if required. Overall height tip to tip is nearly 11"...............only a few left

Tow Eye/Hook Mount + Base:
Note:
Most cars have a tow eye, sometimes it is hidden underneath the rear of the car, plus they are also fitted on the front, some are removable screw types. Our unit will fit both vertical, skewed & horizontal tow eyes and has adjustable length and angle, clean the paint off the tow eye, fit the unit and adjust, 3/8” UNF or 3/8" BSF (state when ordering) male bolt protruding, or, other options like SO239 socket for VHF/UHF antennas, simply screw on your antenna, and connect your coax. Unit is fully galvanised with stainless steel mounting plate that can be angled. Great with the extender for the front of Motor homes.

G Whip Antenna Extender:
Using our "Tow Eye" mount? worried your antenna is too low?? well here is the answer, an extension tube to lift the antenna up in the air, solid reinforced tube with hardware and double heat-shrinked, will fit 3/8" mount. 2 Versions available: 3/8" UNF female to 3/8" UNF male threads, and 3/8" UNF female to 3/8" BSF male. £25.00 each. (UNF to UNF extender is 24" and UNF to BSF extender is 27").

Very heavy duty mobile mount, has SO239 underneath, requires approx 1/2" hole for mounting, comes with adaptors: Male 3/8" UNF thread for 3/8" UNF antennas, and 50% 3/8" UNF thread to 50% 3/8" BSF thread for G Whip Flexi/Flexiten mobile antenna, this means you can use any antenna be it 3/8" UNF or 3/8" BSF, both adaptors are made of stainless steel. £16 per kit plus £2.50 recorded post. NOTE: This unit is supplied FREE with the Tow Eye unit above.
