Course Content
This is a two day intensive course. We make no apologies for this because we want to provide you with the best springboard to your success.
The course will cover:
- Design of the exercises and checklists thereby providing you with an appreciation of the origin of the exercises.
- What to expect at the assessment centre.
- Rules and policies awareness to lessen the stress on the day.
- Exercise examination. Dissecting exercises; getting to the core issues. This will subsequently aid your preparation in dealing with the exercises.
- Exercise practice. Practising a number of exercises and receiving valuable feedback. During the practice exercises you will interact with a qualified and current Part 2 role actor and be assessed by a qualified and current Part 2 assessor who will provide you with feedback on your performance.
- You will leave the course having experienced 9 exercises in total with a balance of police and non-police exercises as reflects the actual Part 2. The exercises have been designed by former members of Centrex Examinations and Assessment working as a team. This ensures exercise content from a range of experiences that reflect actual workplace incidents and topical issues affecting the policing environment. This also results in the exercises undergoing a quality assurance process.
There will be no more than 12 people in a group thus giving you the opportunity to contribute and clear up any queries or concerns you have.
The two day course costs £245 per person (this price is INCLUSIVE of VAT).
