A traditional 17th century farmhouse, surrounded by a cluster of farm buildings of various ages, some of which have now been sympathetically converted to provide five individually designed, beautifully appointed, deceptively spacious and comfortable self-contained holiday cottages, whilst retaining the original structure and character of these fine old stone and timber framed buildings.

Approached by a small footbridge over a stream, the two-storey cottages have a wealth of exposed beams and feature traditional black cast iron stoves in the sitting/dining rooms, which together with electric night storage heaters ensure all year round comfort. All cottages have colour television sets.

The fully fitted kitchens, complete with electric cookers, microwaves and refrigerators, are superbly equipped for four to six people. Bathrooms (ground floor) contain W.C., shower, wash hand basin, shaver point and heated towel rail. All bedrooms (first floor) have fitted carpet and comfortable furnishings. Beds are made up for your arrival and are changed on a weekly basis.


There are no additional charges for electricity, gas, linen, towels or basic cleaning materials, all hot water is free. The initial supply of solid-fuel is free with a small charge being made for subsequent supplies.

Each cottage is just a few feet from a small stream leading down to the visitors garden and barbecue area, beyond which is the old pig sty, now housing the payphone, a fully equipped laundry room, outdoor ball games, barbecue equipment and plenty of outdoor furniture.

There is ample parking and garaging available, boats, trailers etc. can be accommodated by prior arrangement.

Sitting/dining room, shower room, fitted kitchen with double aspect windows giving views over garden and valley. Front facing bedroom with one double and one single bed.  Rear twin bedded room.

TY CANOL BACH (Small Middle House, Sleeps 2.*)
Sitting/dining room, shower room, fitted kitchen. Extremely spacious double bedroom with double aspect windows.

TY CANOL MAWR  (Large Middle House, Sleeps 4.*)
Sitting/dining room, shower room, fitted kitchen. Double bedroom (front) and twin bedroom (rear).

(Can be let as a joint unit with TY CANOL BACH - interconnecting door between lounges).

TY CORNEL (Corner House, Sleeps 4.*)
Sitting/dining room, shower room, fitted kitchen. Spacious magnificently beamed family bedroom, one double and two single beds.

TY UCHAF (Upper House, Sleeps 4/5.*)
Sitting/dining room with views over stream and countryside, shower room, fitted kitchen. Double bedroom (front), double aspect with views over farm to hills and valley beyond. Rear bedroom contains one four foot bed and one single bed.
