Telephone reservations will be held for 7 days pending receipt of a written confirmation and payment of a 50% Deposit. The 50% Balance being due 4 weeks before the arrival date.
Once the reservation has been confirmed, visitors are liable for the full rental in the event of cancellation, all deposits and balances are non returnable (holiday insurance form available).
Cottages are let and furnished for the numbers specified at the time of booking, and exceptions can only be made by prior arrangement.
Additional guests (maximum 2 per cottage) may be accommodated (Folding-Beds) by prior arrangement at the time of booking.
Well behaved pets are allowed at the owners discretion providing they are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms, and are never left unattended in the cottages. Dogs must not be allowed to foul the gardens, and must be leashed at all times in the vacinity of the cottages and gardens. All pets incur an additional charge of either £2 per day or £10 per week per animal.
Visitors are liable for any damage to the property or contents.
Cars, contents, boats, luggage, etc. and all personal items are at owners risk.
Short breaks (minimum 2 nights) are available, rates are shown under the headings "2 Days" - (first two days) and "+ Day" - (additional days).
Multiple cottage bookings, a discount may be applied on the cottage rental at the owners discretion if a party wish to book more than one cottage concurrently
In order to maintain our high standard of cleanliness, visitors are requested to arrive after 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and leave by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. For short breaks, these times may be varied (where possible) by prior arrangement with the owners.
We reserve the right to amend our terms should circumstances dictate.
