Learning for Beginners - The Foundation Licence


Aberdeen Amateur Radio society runs classes for beginners.The Foundation Licence course is run at times to suit individual needs but usually on Saturday mornings and are conducted by our RSGB approved & trained instructor Stan Sutherland GM4BKV

Stan, who retired from full time teaching many moons ago, is to be commended for his sterling work with pupils of all ages, endless patience & willingness to teach which comes from his heart of gold.

The lads are preparing for the Novice course, they have constructed a novice receiver. Overseen by Stan Sutherland and Ian Munroe. "Lake Electronics" Two Stage, connected to a two stage audio amplifier
