I run this website and the Forum because there was no one else doing so at the time I was looking for one. I enjoy it though I have a full time job and no one pays me to run this place so I am not always in the postition to be contacted 24/7. There are however three ways to contact me, depending on your requirements.

Email - This is the best option. I can usually reply to your email fairly quickly as I check my email frequently. When to email me - When you are a forum member and are sending me pictures of your bike for the website - When you have a specific problem with the website, forum or forum user - When the website has not fully answered your question about an event - When you have a question about the forum you would prefer to keep private from other users, you can do so by emailing ferg at monkeyrun.co.uk. When NOT to email me - When you have a technical question about your bike - When you want to buy a Monkey bike or parts for yours. When you have a question which could easily have been answered by asking on the forum or reading the forum FAQ

Telephone - You may choose to call me at an event and you may do so, if you need to find out where we are, no problem. Also if there's a really important and urgent thing that you need an instant answer to get you out of big trouble. Please do not call me for technical help, buying and selling advice, info on when or where the next run is (The website is for that), when your question could have been answered by asking on the forum, reading the forum FAQ or emailing me. If your question matches this criteria please feel free to call me on zero seven eight zero one three five one one three seven but as I say, please don't call for buying and selling advice or when the next run is. That's what the forum and website are for. I do not run a telephone help line!
