The Inch Scout Fellowship was formed in 1985, with the purpose of providing support to uniformed leaders in the Scout and Guide Movements, within Rosyth District. The title "Inch" was derived from the fact that all of the Scout Groups within the District, embrace the Forth estuary, with its islands of Inchkeith, Inchcolm, Inchgarvie and Inckmickery, thus the word "Inch" is synonymous with all in the District.
Membership currently stands around 30, but they are always looking for new members, male and female. You do not need any experience as a Scout or Guide, just an interest in helping the unpaid leaders in some small but essential way, such as fund raising, supplying tea or coffee at events, or even helping with catering at camps especially for the younger Beavers and Cubs. If interested in joining the Fellowship, see the contacts section.
