Sorry but there will be no day tickets or discounts. This is the cheapest that we can do a quality convention for. If you want to save money then pre reg you get in cheaper.

What do you get for your money? A fab convention if the past four conventions are anything to go by. Matt Hall and Ivan Pacel put us in the top 3 conventions he has ever been to. You can arrive on Friday after 3pm and stay till Sunday 7ish. This way you get a full weekend to play. There is sleeping space in the 24-hour hall (Kinning Park complex) on Friday and Saturday night. We have professional security through the night to keep you all safe in your beds. So bring a sleeping mat and bag. If you do not want to stay in Kinning Park there are hotels close by. Kinning Park has been fitted with new windows so will be even cosier than last year. The Science Centre. This has to be one of the nicest places to juggle in. On Saturday there will be the international public show (more details bellow). A ceilidh with a live band is also on the agenda. Sunday morning we have the now famous Jelly breakfast. A chance to beat the Haggis juggling world record. The games are held on Sunday and a free raffle with prizes donated by Beards web page.

Due to the volunteers being fed up doing everyone’s washing up, we are asking you to bring your own cups and cutlery etc this year. We will have paper plates and plastic cutlery for those who forget.

WHERE TO GO

We are using the same venues as the last two years: The 24 hour hall is the Kinning Park Complex, Cornwall Street. The old school just opposite Kinning Park Underground Station. This is where you should head to if you arrive on the Friday evening or very early on the Saturday morning. We have access to Kinning Park on Friday after 6pm.

If you turn up on the Saturday after 9.30am, then head straight for the day venue at the Glasgow Science Centre, Off Govan Rd, on the banks of the Clyde.

HOSTEL

I have been asked to put on details of a hostel for those who do not wish to crash at Kinning Park. Euro Hostel is short taxi ride from Kinning Park. The face painters stayed in it a few years back and recommended it.
