Season Ticket Swipe Cards

Each season ticket holder aged eight & over is issued with their own credit-card style Season Ticket. One side of the card shows a picture of the Pool and the card number. The other side includes a signature strip and a magnetic stripe along the bottom of the card.

Children under eight are NOT be issued with their own card as they must be accompanied by an adult. Their details are recorded and linked to the other family members.

Each time you visit the Pool you need to swipe your card using the reader situated at the cash deck which then displays your picture on a screen for the cashier to validate your entry. If your picture is not yet stored on the system then on one of your early visits you will be asked to look towards a small camera and a few seconds later your picture will be captured for future visits.

The card must be the correct way round - ie with the picture facing upwards and towards the games room. The magnetic stripe will then be at the bottom of the card on the side nearest the cashier. Just swipe it smoothly through the reader: left-to-right or right-to-left both work equally.

A charge will be made for a replacing a lost card with no refund available if it is subsequently found. Please make sure you keep your card for future seasons.
