Season Ticket Swipe Cards

Each season ticket holder aged eight & over is issued with a swipe card for entry. The front of the card shows a picture of the Pool and the card number. The back includes a signature strip and a magnetic stripe along the bottom. Cards are not transferable and are for use ONLY by the person to whom they are issued.

Children under eight are NOT issued with their own card as they must be accompanied by an adult. Their details are recorded and linked to the other family members.

To enter first ensure the card is the right way up with its front facing the cashier's office. The magnetic stripe should be at the bottom, towards the games room. Then swipe the card smoothly downwards through the reader on one of the turnstiles.

A valid read will unlock the turnstile and display your picture on the cashier's screen. If your picture isn't already stored you will be asked to look towards a small camera and a few seconds later your picture will be captured for future visits.

A charge will be made for a replacing a lost card with no refund available if it is subsequently found. Please make sure you keep your card for future seasons.
