To enable those interested in Sabine Baring-Gould and his work to share their enthusiasm and to spread that enthusiasm among others. This will be achieved by means of three newsletters per annum (October, February and June), a members list and an annual gathering, meeting in turn in Yorkshire, Essex, Devon and Sussex/London.

The annual subscription is £6 and is due in October each year. Members joining during the year will receive back numbers of the newsletter for the current year, which starts with the October issue
