                                                       BEWARE!

BOGUS CALLERS (Distraction Burglary) tend to focus on elderly people, pretending to be utility providers, sellers or wanting a glass of water. NEVER let strangers into your home without asking for identification. If in doubt, telephone to confirm identities; authentic callers will not object.

CAR CRIME IS PREVALENT IN OUR AREA. Lock all doors when driving and on garage forecourts. Leave NOTHING on display when parked. Report ALL car crimes, even if you are not claiming insurance.

PROTECT YOUR MOBILE PHONE. Record the unique IMEI 15 digit number on your mobile - key in *#06#. Keep the number safe. Do not use mobile phones in the street.

BURGLARY. Lock doors and windows WHENEVER you go out. Do not leave keys near front or back doors; burglars “fish” through letter- boxes.

STREET CRIME. Carry only the cash and cards that you need.
