B. General update
1. The team is putting the case to Ealing to adopt Ringmaster, but it is very expensive.

5. Victim follow-up is developing; 35 people have been visited
6. The team works varying shifts that include night work
C. New Ward Priorities.
After discussion, the priorities for the next 3 months were agreed as:
1. Motor vehicle crime
2. Neighbourhood Watch, including Business Watch in the Industrial Estate
3. Robbery
