All leasehold estates, goods, chattles and effects given to sons Thomas and friend Charles Winter of Sherborne (mercer). They are to sell leasehold estate and all effects. With this money and any remaining money they are to pay expenses and then divide the rest between the 7 children.

John's share is to have deducted from it the £100 he owes to Thomas and the £75 owed to me (the £100 to be given to Thomas and the £75 to be pooled with the rest of the money). If John objects to this condition, his share is to be divided amongst the rest of the 6 children (after deducting the £100 for Thomas).

William and Ann are to deduct from their share as much as Elizabeth has lost through lending them £300 principal.
