In the Name of God Amen the one and twentieth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and
three I Elizabeth Gumbleton of Portsmouth in the county of South[amp]ton widd[ow] formerly called Elizabeth Garrett
not being in good health but of perfect mind and memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner
following that is to say Impr[im]is I commit my soul to God and my body to the earth. Item all my Freehold Messuages
Lands Tenements and Hereditaments with their and every of their appurtenances I give devise and bequeath to my son
James Garrett his heirs and assigns for ever. Item all my leasehold Lands Tenements and Hereditaments with their and
every of their appurtenances and all the rest residue and remainder of my Estate both Real and Personal I give devise
and bequeath to my said son James Garrett his executors Administrators and Assigns for ever more
In witness whereof revoking all other wills by me made I have to this my last will and testament put my hand and
seale the day and year first above written.
