THE TRADITIONAL MUSIC HOUR The Traditional Music Hour is a radio programme broadcast on Resonance 104.4FM in the London, UK area on Thursdays between 2.00pm and 3.00pm   The programme was started by Reg Hall, the other regular presenters being Simon Ritchie and myself, Kevin Sheils. There have been, and still are, occasional other presenters such as the late Keith Summers, Peta Webb, Ken Hall, David Campbell, Andrew King, Ken Lees, Jim Ward et al. For those not based in London, or who find reception difficult the programme is also available via the Resonance 104.4FM web site at the time of broadcast. The programme is usually repeated on the following Sunday between 5.00pm and 6.00pm. Click on the Resonance Logo above to access their web site and find out more about the station. This web site is intended to provide play lists of my "monthly" shows so that listeners may check what was played and sources, and to give potential listeners some idea of what they might hear (at least from one of my shows). I'll add information from the other presenters if it becomes available. At present I am adding my most recent programme(s) and may add historic listings in due course. Click on the date in the panel on the left to go to that programmes playlist. Generally my programmes follow a "theme" and the playlist page will give information on any theme that the programme may have had, and the track title, performer, CD or LP (or whatever) that the track was played from with cat no. etc and any other "relevant" information, eg date and where recorded if known.
