Robert & Lucy BARDWELL. I have been having difficulty locating the births, marriage or deaths of my elusive great-great-great-grandparents. They had children between 1807 & 1821 in Limehouse, MDX. However, there appears to be a subsequent marriage of Robert in 1845. This states his father to be Edward. A death certificate of a Robert in 1864 aged 80 could well be him. Both the 1851 & 1861 censuses give Robert's place of birth as Norwich. A likely baptism for Robert was 14 November 1784 at St John Timberhill, Norwich, son of Edward Bardwell and Elizabeth Dorby.

John & Susannah DOUSBERY are an even more elusive set of great-great-great-grandparents. They had two sons in 1811 & 1813 in Limehouse, MDX. Though what appears to be their daughter would have been born as early as c1800.

William & Mary Ann HANSON were also great-great-great-grandparents about whom I know very little. He had died before 1851, maybe before 1841. She was born in Great Marlow, BKM c1785 and died 21 Jan 1867 in the London Hospital, Whitechapel, MDX. Their apparently only child was Francis, born 3 Sep 1828 in Wapping, MDX.

William Andrew HEDGER, my great-grandfather was a ships steward, apparently with P & O. Having been unsuccessful with locating a death registration for him, I wonder whether he died at sea or abroad. He evidently died sometime between 1883 and 1903.
