HAdavizadeh PIstachio COmpany (HAPICO) was established in the UK in 1992 by Ali Hadavi to import, process and pack pistachio nuts.

From our premises in Melksham, Wiltshire we roast, salt and pack pistachio nuts which are then distributed throughout Europe. The freshly roasted pistachio nuts can be packed in a variety of ways to suit the customer. We also undertake "own label" packing to our customer’s exact specification and requirements.

The Hadavizadeh family in Iran originate from the centre of the country’s pistachio production; the town of Rafsanjan in the province of Kerman, and  have been involved in the pistachio business since 1959 as growers, processors and merchants.

Ali Hadavi has an in-depth knowledge of pistachios, which he makes use of, to his customers benefit, in his purchasing and processing.  In order to attain our high standards of production our staff have all been trained in food hygiene and we have quality assurance systems in place to ensure the highest standards are met. We are regularly audited on behalf of our customers and UK health officials.

We have recently been audited by Procheck and met all the requirements of the British Retail Consortium Technical Standard at the Higher Level . This technical standard is accepted by most of the major UK multiples.
