The Dorset Group
The Dorset Group of the LDWA was founded in 1994.
The group organises regular social walks (see calendar) and two or three challenge walks each year.
Most years we run the 25 mile Foggy's Revenge in February, the 25/35 mile long Hardy Annual in May, an old favourite the Dorset Doddle, a 31 mile walk along the coastal path from Weymouth to Swanage.
Every three years (2004/07/10) we host the third part of the South West Triple Challenge - the Dorset Giant, a 100 km / 62 mile walk in 26 hours starting and finishing in Dorchester.
Some details of forthcoming events are given in our calendar page, and there is also a list of contacts. To e-mail us, use the link on the home page or the link on the contacts page.
