Brick & Steel Border Counties Rally win Chairman’s Cup

The Brick & Steel Border Counties Rally recently won the Chairman’s Cup for the best round of the Scottish Rally Championship. The award, announced at the awards evening at the Marriot Hotel in Glasgow on Saturday 26th November, was presented by former World Champion Robert Reid to Clerk of the Course Paul Hughes along with John McClory of Brick & Steel Construction and members of the event’s organising committee.

Hughes said “It’s an absolute pleasure to receive this prestigious award on behalf of the organising team, it is also testament to how far the event has come in the past 10 years. That is, in no small part, to the professionalism that John McClory of Brick & Steel has brought to the event. It’s also particularly special to win this awards in the 10th year of sponsorship by Brick & Steel.”
