LADBROKES.COM WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP QUALIFIER DRAW ...
26 November 2004 - The draw for board allocations at the play off in Hull to be held on Saturday 4th December has been made.

Colin Monk (15) and James Wade (16) are seeded and Bob Crawley, Ian Eames, Aaron Turner, Ian Critchett, Robert Heard and Martin Harper will all be chasing one of the eight places in the televised stages up for grabs.

Andy Jenkins is already assured of a place in the last 32 at the Circus Tavern when the event gets underway on Boxing Day.

21 November 2004 - Cheshire fight back to level the weekend 18-18 as they beat Hampshire's Mens A Team 9-3 and the Ladies A draw 3-3. Danny Ballard and Jane Monaghan win the player of the match awards.

20 November 2004 - Andy Jenkins reaches the quarter finals at Great Yarmouth before new World Ranked number one player Peter Manley ends his hopes. Colin Monk makes the last 32 before Darren Webster curtails his progress.

20 November 2004 - Hampshire lead Cheshire 12-6 overnight as the Mens B win 9-3 and Ladies B draw 3-3 with Paul Hogan and Mandy Keith taking the player of the match awards

19 November 2004 - Colin Monk and Andy Jenkins both make the last 32 at Great Yarmouth. Andy loses out to Terry Jenkins while Colin is defeated by Eddie Lovely.

20/21 November 2004 - Hampshire entertain Cheshire at Hill Park WMC in their Premier Division clash in the British Inter County Championship. Results as available.

19/20/21 November 2004 - The Vauxhall Autumn Festival at Great Yarmouth will attract many hundreds of darts enthusiasts. A number of Hampshire hopefuls will be chasing the world ranking points in both the Professional and Open Singles events. More news as available.

RENOWNED AUTUMN DARTS FESTIVAL ...
14 November 2004 - Phil Nixon beats Bob Crawley to take the Mens Singles at Mill Rythe and Linda Ithurralde makes it a Durham double by beating Laura Power, both finals reaching the final leg. Lisa Munt and Joan Parmley defeat Laura Power and Chrissie Skehan in the Ladies Pairs while Steve Catt and Richie Gardner combine to edge out Colin Monk and Ged Harrop. John Burbidge, Bob Crawley and Sue Challis beat Paul Gibbs, Angela Hogan and Paul Hogan to the Mixed Triples title and Shane Clifft has a narrow win over Aaron Monk in the Youth Singles final.

BUDWEISER UK OPEN ...
14 November 2004 - Andy Jenkins reached the last 16 of the UK Open Scottish heat at Murrayfield before defeat by Gary Anderson. James Wade reached the last 64 but went down to Stewart Rattray. The event was finally won by Andy Smith who saw off the strong challenge from Gary Anderson.

PDPA PLAYERS CHAMPIONSHIP ...
13 November 2004 - Andy Jenkins makes the last eight at Murrayfield in the £20,000 PDPA Players Championship event before losing out to Andrew Hamilton. Ian Critchett makes the last 64 but is beaten by Andy Jenkins. Mark Dudbridge wins the title beating Peter Manley in the final.

12/13/14 November 2004 - Hundreds of darts players will gather for the very popular Renowned Autumn Darts Festival at Hayling Island's Mill Rythe Holiday village this weekend. The event is always fully subscribed year on year and boasts an excellent prize fund of over £10,000 in cash and holiday vouchers. There are Mens, Ladies and Junior Singles, Mens and Ladies Pairs and a Mixed Triples event.

8 November 2004 - The UK Open moves to Scotland this coming Sunday for the third of the eight qualifying heats. Edinburgh's "Home of Rugby" Murrayfield is the setting as many of the world's top players battle it out for over £15,000 and vital placings in their quest to reach the finals at Bolton next June.

The draw for board allocations has Andy Jenkins expected to meet Steve Maish in the board final and James Wade has young Welshman Andrew Davies in his group. PDPA PLAYERS CHAMPIONSHIP DRAW ...

8 November 2004 - The draw for board allocations for the final event in the £100,000 Players Championship Series has taken place for next Saturday's event at the famous Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh. As in the previous four events there is a £20,000 prize fund with £5,000 for the winner.

Seventh seed Andy Jenkins and Ian Critchett are both drawn on the same board while James Wade has a tough group that includes Matt Clark and Steve Coote. Ian Eames faces opposition from last week's finalist Andy Smith and former World Champion Keith Deller. The full draw is at www.planetdarts.co.uk


WORLD RANKINGS ...
8 November 2004 - Andy Jenkins is again the highest ranked Hampshireman in the latest World Ranking table released by the Professional Darts Corporation following the weekend's Rotterdam event. He remains at number ten while Colin Monk climbs a place to number 45 and James Wade jumps five spots to number 45. Wade's first round win over World Grand Prix Champion Colin Lloyd's dents his hopes of taking the top spot from Phil Taylor as he needed to reach the semi-final or better to head the table. 7 November 2004 - Neville Wright beats Gary Hawkins 5-3 and Laura Power shades Wendy Reinstadtler 4-3 to win the Singles Championship in the North Hampshire Super League at Basingstoke's Academy Club

NORTHERN IRISH OPEN ...
7 November 2004 - Jane Monaghan (left) follows her Northern Irish Open Singles quarter finals placing by reaching the same round in both the Ladies Pairs with Roelie Bakker and the Mixed Pairs with Gary Watton at the Everglades Hotel in Londonderry. Paul Hogan teams up with Heather Draper and also makes the quarter finals of the Mixed Pairs

NORTHERN IRISH OPEN ...
6 November 2004 - Paul Hogan (left) reaches the Northern Irish Open final in Londonderry losing out to the Dutch Master Raymond van Barneveld but banks £500 for his efforts.

Jane Monaghan continues to impress on the Ladies circuit making the quarter finals before losing to eventual runner up Dee Bateman. In addition she teamed up with Tony West to win Friday's Blind Pairs warm up event.


PDPA PLAYERS CHAMPIONSHIP ...
6 November 2004 - Both Andy Jenkins and James Wade pick up £300 apiece for their places in the last 16 at the Ahoy' Rotterdam in the latest PDPA Players Championship.

Colin Monk goes out in his opening match to Peter Manley while James loses to Dave Askew after a win over World Grand Prix champion Colin Lloyd. Andy goes down to eventual winner Ronnie Baxter who takes the £5,000 first prize beating Andy Smith in the final.


COMING THIS WEEKEND ...
5/6/7 November 2004 - Hampshire players will be in action at Londonderry's Everglades Hotel, Northern Ireland which boasts a total of £6,300 for its five events. Paul Hogan will be chasing the £1,200 Mens first prize while Jane Monaghan will have her sights set on the £500 top prize in the Ladies Singles.
