INTRODUCING THE DRAGONFLY (10am - 4pm)  With Ruary Mackenzie Dodds  (10am - 4pm)  Specifically  designed  for  the  beginner,  this  course   includes dragonfly biology, ecology and identification,  including a plenary session with the Microscope-TV link and a field tour of dragonfly habitats on site. (Sat 3rd & Sun 25th July)


DRAGONFLIES & WATERPLANTS (10am - 4pm)   With Stuart Irons & Karen Buckley - adult dragonfly identification & the waterplants they need to survive, classroom sessions and  a field tour of dragonfly habitats on site.

(Sun 4th July).


DRAGONFLY LARVA IDENTIFICATION (10am - 4pm)  With Henry Curry & Henry Stanier - a  beginner's guide to identification of dragonfly & damselfly larvae to genus level,  including a plenary session with the Microscope-TV link and a field tour of dragonfly habitats on site. (Sat 12th June)


DRAGONFLY LARVA (ADVANCED) - Identification, Ecology & Physiology (10am - 4pm)  - details to be confirmed (Sat 24th July)


Cost of each course:   £ 25, tbc


There is an excellent café  adjacent to our special classroom, but feel free to bring your own packed lunch and drinks.
