DISPERSIONS
1) Macadam Bright Red Dispersion a full strength bright red based
on Bayer 130 red. Pumpable at high pigment levels 74% pigment. VERY STRONG.
2) RR 2 Red Dispersion a blended economical dispersion based
on 200 pen 'blond bitumen' 71% pigment.
3) Bridge Deck Red Dispersion a low cost dispersion. 74% pigment
4) Green Dispersion a blend of pigments to give bright results with
bitumen, 70% pigment. 94% solids.
5) Blue Dispersion a blend of pigments to give bright results with
bitumen. 54% pigment. 85% solids.
6) White Dispersion a dispersion of Titanium Di-Oxide 70% pigment 92% solids.
7) Yellow Dispersion a blend of pigments to give bright results with
bitumen 55% pigment. 84% solids.
Slurry Seal Dispersions
8) Red SS Dispersion a blend of pigments and wetting agents for use with
either bitumen or clear emulsions.70% pigment.
9) Green SS Dispersion a blend of pigments and wetting agents for use with
either bitumen or clear emulsions.
Special matched colours can be supplied to order.
BINDERS
MACADAM BINDERS
10) Basic Colours there are four colours red (RBB), yellow(YBB), green(GBB) and blue(BBB). When used with white(WBB) or clear to produce a range of coloured macadams when blended with hot aggregate.
Special colours can be matched to order.
11) Clear Binder for use with coloured aggregate to give a variety
of effects, contains UV inhibitors to lessen light degradation.
COLD APPLIED BINDERS
12) Coloured Slurry Seal ready mixed colours based on bitumen emulsion.
Bitumen level 50% and pigment level 15%. To be mixed on site with aggregate
to produce the finished slurry.
13) Clear Binder based on hard wearing resins, can be blended with
the slurry seal dispersions or used with coloured aggregates to produce a variety of effects.
Special colours can be matched to order.
14) Universal Emulsion. A bitumen based cationic emulsion which can be mixed
on site with a variety of aggregates to produce cold rollable macadams.
Two grades available one for deferred set which gives 3/4 days deferment
with suitable aggregate. The rapid set gives up to 3 hr. useable life with
rapid setting on rolling.
