UNIVERSAL EMULSION

The UNIVERSAL EMULSION is a solvent free emulsion that can be mixed with a range of graded aggregate from sand to 20mm base course.

This shows a 20mm base course mix being discharged from a mobile cement mixer.

After rakeing the base course is then rolled.

The rolled base course is then sealed with a 3mm slurry seal to act both as weather sheild and wearing course.

The slurry on top can be rolled after 5-10 min to compact it, hasten the cure and improve the weather resistance.


The slurry can be coloured.
