Hills Cottage is a charming 19th Century flint and brick cottage adjoining a 400 year old thatched house in the peaceful rural village of West Ashling at the foot of the South Downs. Situated 4 miles from historic Chichester and Goodwood Park. The coastal sailing village of Bosham is close by and Portsmouth is only 14 miles away. There are wonderful downland and coastal walks in the area. The South Coast Cycle Trail runs through the village and locally brewed Ales are available at the village Pub.

Hills Cottage contains a well equipped fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, table and chairs. A scullery adjoins the kitchen with tumble dryer and separate wash basin and toilet. There is a separate dining room with fireplace, table and chairs. The lounge room includes 2 three seater settees, fireplace and T V. The large entrance hall has storage facilities. The first floor comprises of 2 twin bedded Bedrooms and a third Bedroom with a double bed, linen and blankets are included. There is a large bathroom with bath and shower, towels are provided. Heating is by electric storage heaters which is included in the cost. Outside there is a low wall at the front and a secluded garden with garden furniture at the back. One car parking bay is provided at the rear of the property.
The house can accommodate 2 - 6 people comfortably.
