Climbing Frame

Well its big isn't it? I think this sort of toy is made using a few different plastic forming processes. The big flat panels I reckon are injection moulded . The rope is probably extruded in very thin strings then weaved together to make thick rope . The slide part looks like it has be injection blow moulded. . I've no idea how it is put together but it could be push together quick assembly fittings or even large plastic nuts and bolts. If you are not sure have a go in the exam don't leave blank spaces on your paper if you have a bit of an idea.
Same old stuff. In injection moulding for complicated solid shapes. Injection blow moulding for complicated hollow shapes. Extrusion for rope and stuff (shapes which are the same all the way down their length). Good stuff is plastic in many ways. Easily cleaned, resists weather well. Does not need a coating of anything (like paint). Comes in all colours. Can be recycled. Look at the links above to see plastic moulding processes. This one looks like it is fixed together with joints which slot into each other (look at the corner nearest to you).
