Big words that mean a great deal to business. What use is it?

a) It allows information to be saved in a recognisable way.

b) The information can be easily changed when the need arises.

c) The information can be stored electronically for a variety of users.

d) The information can be sent quickly using e-mail (it's instant).

e) The information can can be fed into software programs to allow simulations.

f) Software can be used to drive machines to create components.

g) Paper copies (hard copies) can be created as working documents.
