3. Children need to be considered when expected to use everyday objects. Using your common sense, make a list of ten items which are FIXED in the home which make a child's life more difficult. When thinking of your answers you must also consider safety and whether you would want a child to operate/reach the articles in your list.

4. Although disabled people are approximately the same size as able bodied people, their lives can be made uncomfortable by badly designed homes. Outline at least ten ways in which a home for a disabled person could be made more manageable by changing some of the everyday measurements we take for granted.
