Small British coins are made largely of copper (1p & 2p).

Lead
Ore - Galena.
Always associated with zinc and usually smelted at the same time. Smelting with limestone is done in a blast furnace. The molten lead is then poured through a layer of molten zinc which collects the impurities as a slag.

Info- Mixtures of metals are called alloys which can be ferrous or non-ferrous. Some examples of non-ferrous alloys would be BRASS - copper and zinc
BRONZE - copper and tin
