Concrete!! It is a modern material long lasting but not very aesthetic (good looking). I would think the seating planks are wooden (but could be HPDE (High Density Polyethylene)). I would guess they would be attached using a rawl bolt |

A hole would be drilled in the concrete and the bolt dropped into it. When the bolt is tightened the tube that it is in expands at the bottom and becomes tight in the hole. The tighter the bolt is the more the tube expands and the more secure it becomes. |
